We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, mobile digital solutions, and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This role will involve designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive innovation within our clients digital ecosystem. The candidate must be technically proficient and hands-on with the relevant technologies.Key Responsibilities:· Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of digital solutions for the Client account, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.· Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency in the QSR industry.· Mobile Solutions: Design and implement mobile applications and solutions that improve customer experience and streamline operations within the Client.· AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation, improve decision-making processes, and enhance digital solutions.· Technical Expertise: Be hands-on and proficient in the relevant technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends related to digital architecture, QSR, and AI.· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, mobile developers, and data scientists, to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.· Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and delivery of digital projects.· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including Client executives and IT teams, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.Qualifications:
Education:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:· Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital architecture, with a focus on the QSR industry.· Proven experience in designing and implementing mobile digital solutions.· Strong understanding and practical experience with AI technologies and their applications.Technical Skills:· Hands-on proficiency in mobile application development frameworks and technologies.· Expertise in AI tools and platforms, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.· Strong knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, and integration methodologies.· Experience with development tools and programming languages relevant to digital and mobile solutions.Soft Skills:· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.· Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital architecture, mobile development, or AI are a plus.Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
