We are seeking a dedicated Multifamily Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team in the construction department. This role focuses on managing multifamily construction projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and timelines.
  • Assist in managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any variances promptly.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Support the resolution of project-related issues to minimize delays and risks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
