Monitor performance and drive improvements related to technology yield, process stability (Cp/Cpk) of inline and electrical parameters, and detectivity. Responsible for sustaining and improving manufacturing technologies by ensuring product quality and increasing processing efficiency. Development of new and emerging technologies through defining and executing experiments and technical data analysis. Collaborate with the device, process module in order to drive developmental work for new production technologies. Detect issues in the production line by analyzing data and driving appropriate containment and resolutions. Analyze failure data and laboratory results to determine the root causes of problems and develop solutions to mitigate failure modes. Drive cost reductions by eliminating expense, improving line and test yield, and improving the efficiency of production technologies. New technology development and enablement.Qualifications:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or closely related field of study. Requires experience in or knowledge of: (1) Lean Manufacturing principles (2) Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) (3) Semiconductor manufacturing process (4) Product failure and material analysis (5) Project management (6) Device physics.
