For 55 years, Perry Homes’ continued commitment to quality and value has allowed us to build a sterling reputation as one of the largest and most trusted homebuilders in Texas.The Video Production Intern will provide general support to the Marketing department by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to digital media functions. Including but not limited to, video direction, production, shooting, and editing.Responsibilities
  • Assist with current Marketing video projects and initiatives.
  • Work with staff to access and analyze video projects and video production capabilities.
  • Plan, storyboard, and shoot video projects along with post-production editing, and upload with manager supervision and approval.
  • Complete post-production work including assembling raw footage, researching, and assisting in scriptwriting, video cutting and editing, music selection, and delivery of rough and final products.
  • Plan out weekly production schedule.
  • Coordinate with key video project stakeholders to ensure the project goal is met.
  • Assist with content management and organization.
  • Pitch and produce your own ideas with the support of the Perry creative team.
  • Support social media efforts by elevating the content strategy with educational and relevant video projects.
  • Support the Perry Homes Texas YouTube channel by providing SEO tagging, thumbnail creation, and overall channel healthy building.
  • Complete special projects as requested.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma and current enrollment in University required. Some college courses in Digital Media a plus.
  • Perform essential job duties and responsibilities, maintain productivity and dependability.

  • Concept Storyboarding.

  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
