- Create and manage customer returns and reporting
- Manage the sales exchange process to include core follow-up, customer approvals when required and billing
- Monitor drop ships and assist if tasks overdue
- Monitor and clear non-conforming product for procurement and repairs.
- Assist with teardowns to include reconciliations, invoice approvals and payment
- Create supplier/vendor performance and warranty management metrics
- 3 years customer service experience preferably in aviation or other relevant field
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be organized and have excellent communications skills (oral & written)
