Ensure transaction/position integrity records against client custodial records/OMS/reference data
Research/remediate reconciliation discrepancies/breaks daily
Frequent close communication with counterparts at custodial banks/internal settlement team
Prepare/distribute all month-end accounting/performance statements per client instructions during first seven business days following month-end
Manage operational aspects of new account onboarding (account attribute set up in portfolio accounting system, custodian data feed connectivity, and funding status verification)
Oversee operational activities over account lifecycle (contributions/withdrawals, audit requests, account terminations)
Provide internal customer support: quickly respond to high volume of time sensitive questions/requests from internal teamsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/relevant field
2+ years of financial back/middle office work experience; must have direct experience with a portfolio accounting system (Advent preferred); corporate actions experience preferred
Technical understanding of investment markets/securities/security data/investment systems
Excellent overall computer skills; strong ability in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables and macros); familiarity with Bloomberg, Charles River, Factset and Salesforce strongly preferred
