
Structural Project Manager/Engineer III

- Conduct forensic investigations and repair design for existing structures.
- Lead the setup and execution of multiple concurrent projects, assigning appropriate staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Perform and oversee field and lab testing methods such as GPR, anchor pull testing, bond testing, sounding, and half-cell corrosion potential.
- Guide sample collection (concrete, masonry, steel, wood) and ensure adherence to proper techniques and standards.
- Interpret federal, state, and local building codes and apply them effectively to project findings and recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports and proposals with minimal oversight; present findings to clients in meetings or calls.
- Coordinate with field staff to direct work activities, including structural assessments, testing, design, and construction administration.
- Review calculations, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, invoicing, and track potential changes to scope.
- Mentor junior staff and support their development through coaching and oversight.
- Foster a safety-first culture by promoting the proper use of PPE and safe work practices on all job sites.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (from a NAAB-accredited program), Engineering, Building Science, or a related field (ABET-accredited)
- 2+ years of relevant repair/forensic experience with PE license or 4+ years of relevant repair/forensic experience without a license
- EIT or PE license preferred
