- Maintain customer accounts in good financial standing
- Check on payment status of open invoices
- Run weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and make copies of invoices/proof of deliveries
- Invoices
- Complete daily invoice posting in an efficient error free manner
- Customer Portal Work
- Receiving paperwork and allocate orders, as needed
- Branch reception
- Answer all incoming phone calls, check voicemail box, greet all visitors, distribute incoming mail, reorder supplies and inventory
- Additional general functions include; data entry, typing, correspondence drafting, office supplies orders and prepare customer statements
- Good judgment and quick decision-making ability
