- $22.00 to $28.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
- Assist with machine setup, adjustment, and changeovers
- Support general facility maintenance (lighting, plumbing, etc.)
- Follow safety procedures and ensure PPE compliance
- Keep accurate records of repairs and downtime
- Manage parts and supply needs
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members on continuous improvement
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus
