Sort and deliver incoming mail to office recipients * Scan incoming faxes to the recipient
- Process outgoing mail
- Greet guests, answer phones and set up meetings
- Manage visitor access and coordinate conference room reservations
- Compiles, sorts and files client information
- Scans/profiles documents for easy retrieval from our document management system
- Compiles, places orders with the vendor and assists with meeting setup
- Maintains kitchens with stocking supplies, running dishwashers, etc.
- Safety Warden
- Backup Facilities Manager
- High School diploma
- General office and filing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to operate general office equipment (copy machines, fax, etc.)
- Must have a professional demeanor with the utmost respect for confidential matters
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have strong work ethic with a positive attitude
