Benefits Analyst

• Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, life, COBRA, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams on benefits delivery and compliance.
• Analyze benefit coverage, benchmark plans, and support program development.
• Advise employees and managers on benefits and create communication materials.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and data requests.
• Assist with HRIS audits, testing, and vendor integrations.
• Lead and support projects such as open enrollment and benefits communication.

• 4+ years of HR and Benefits experience, with a focus on retirement plan including 401(k) and 403(b)
• Experience using HRIS systems
• Project management skills
