Bring your passion, potential and talents to Motorola Solutions, and help us usher in a new era in public safety and security.Job DescriptionThe Change Management Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring focus on change initiated by Product planning, Hardware and Software Engineering, Quality and Business Product Enhancement needs – including changes to product, processes, systems and technology using Factory Change Control Board process. The primary responsibility is Managing Hardware and Software changes for MOL( Products that are Ship Accepted) from D3 to D0.Responsibilities:Apply a structured FCCB methodology and lead change management activities for Hardware and Software that impact Elgin Factory and Contract Manufacturing partnersAssess the change impactComplete change management assessments and cost mitigationCreate change management strategy working with various stake holders including PlanningIdentify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation for the Change involvedIdentify and manage anticipated resistanceConsult and coach project team functional membersSupport communication effortsSupport and engage senior leaders when and where necessaryCoordinate efforts with other Project Managers( Infrastructure and Subscriber)Integrate change management activities into project plan using FCCBManage stakeholdersTrack and report issuesDefine and measure success metrics ( Zero Spills post change implementation)and monitor change progressManage FCCB portfolio and change loadActively improve processes and participate in KaizenPreferred Qualifications:Exceptional communication skills verbal and written.Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools like FCCB.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategies and tactics.Problem solving and root cause identification skills.Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Acute business acumen and understanding of Bills Of Material Structure and factory processes.Familiarity with project management approaches and phases of the project lifecycleProficient with tools like FCCB tracking (on Access), AGILE, Green Field Oracle EBS, EXCEL BRIO and Power-pointBasic RequirementsRequired Skills:Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain Management4+ years of Project Management Experience required.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
