Position: Full-Time
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday availability
Compensation: $22-$45 an hour based on previous experience and qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various mechanical and electrical truck systemsPerform preventative maintenance and DOT inspectionsOperate diagnostic software and utilize OEM tools for accurate assessmentsRecord service work performed in detail and communicate status updates clearlyCollaborate with service advisors and customers to review repair needs and timelinesAdhere to all shop safety standards and dealership policiesParticipate in continued technical training and certification opportunities provided by RushQualifications
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with diesel engines or commercial truck repair is preferred, particularly within a Ford-certified service environment.
