The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in preparing and issuing contracts to vendors and subcontractors. They are also responsible for attending pre-bid, construction, and design meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of meeting notes.
  • Manage and track RFI's, ASI's, change orders, and submittals
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing and issuing contracts to vendors and subcontractors
  • Review and verify contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Attend pre-bid, construction, and design meetings, and document meeting minutes with precision

  • Prior experience working for a general contractor
  • 1-2 years of relevant multifamily industry experience
  • Familiar with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Open to various project types and adaptable to different build environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering or any related field is bonus
