Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off)Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling respiratory systems and related sub-assemblies in accordance with drawings, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and package components based on drawings, schematics, or verbal instructions.Identify and correctly handle sub-assemblies throughout the build process.Operate hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper care of production equipment.Conduct inspections to ensure all products meet quality and appearance standards.Perform rework or repairs on defective parts as necessary.Rotate between workstations as production needs require.Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications & SkillsBasic to intermediate mechanical assembly skills.Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Prior experience in mechanical assembly or packaging processes is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.Requires close, distance, and color vision with depth perception.Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.#ARROWContact InformationInterested candidates may:Send resume to:Call our office at: (909) 786-4320Apply online at:
