- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants.
- Define performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the implementation team.
- Conduct weekly technical training and/or mentorship for the team
- Oversee project delivery across a portfolio of customers, ensuring on-time and on-budget launches.
- Resolve escalated issues and proactively identify risks across implementations.
- Align implementation strategies with customer goals and product best practices.
- Develop and refine onboarding and implementation methodologies, playbooks, and tools.Drive continuous improvement based on internal feedback, customer experience, and business objectives.Ensure standardization and documentation of repeatable processes.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to align implementation with broader customer lifecycle goals.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and common implementation challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise technology implementations.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team or leading large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of implementation methodologies, change management, and technical integrations.
- Software configuration and/or development experience
- Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation, data mapping, process flow diagrams, data models, configuration and deployment
- Experience with SaaS hybrid implementation methodology
- Ability to present to leadership
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain highly preferred
- Customer oriented and phenomenal at building client and project team relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Certinia preferred
- Be an active learner
- Ability to communicate in business terms with customer and technical terms with implementation teams
- The desire to dive head first into new technology and provide recommendations of other technologies to help solve customer business challenges
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
