Commercial Construction Masonry Superintendent

- Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (paid weekly)
- Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600–$800/month

- Schedule: 40–45 hours/week (Typical day: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness
- Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep
- Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor
- Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead
- Review drawings and ensure build quality
- Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics
- Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years in commercial masonry
- 1+ year as a superintendent
- Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn – all processes are digital)
- OSHA 30 is a plus
- Clean background
- Strong and stable job history – no job hoppers

- Retrofit to brand new construction
