Come be a part of our team!!!!We are currently looking for a Full-time Patient Accounting Clinical Trial Finance Coordinator.Job Duties May Include:
Prepares invoices for study sponsors and manages the aged receivables and collection of outstanding revenue;
Reconciles financial statements when clinical trials are completed;
Manages and completes patient stipends;
Responsible for maintenance of VRC financial filing;
Implements systems and processes to establish and maintain financial records for the VRC;
Coordinates the preparation of reports of disbursements, special analyses, and information reports for management;
Presents recommendations for changes and/or improvements, monetary control, and adherence to budgets;
Manages accounts receivable and credit and collection functions, ensuring timely processing of billing, payment, and collection of program revenue;
Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures as it pertains to account receivables consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and compliant operation of the VRC.
Skills/ Requirements:
At least 1 year of medical or research related experience;
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures;
Ability to independently gather data, compile information, and prepare reports;
Strong computer skills, spreadsheets, database management, Microsoft Office;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people.;
Ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by research staff;
Effective time management and organizational skills;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team;
Strong typing, ten-key, PC skills, and telephone skills.
