We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help us elevate our brand through innovative social media strategies, within Chick-fil-A’s corporate guidelines.Job Description:As a part-time Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns with a focus on creative social media content. The position involves approximately 12-16 hours per week, split between operational responsibilities and marketing efforts. You will manage our digital presence on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram, creating authentic reels and visuals that highlight our menu items, team culture, and community involvement.Candidates must be willing to work operationally in the restaurant approximately 2-3 hours each day they work, with an additional 1-2 hours dedicated to marketing activities. Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays for events and community engagement is required.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative social media campaigns aligned with Chick-fil-A’s brand standards
  • Create eye-catching reels and content showcasing menu items, team culture, and community initiatives
  • Assist with daily restaurant operations during shifts as needed
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business
  • Coordinate and produce content that adheres to Chick-fil-A corporate guidelines and policies
  • Foster community engagement through online interactions and local outreach efforts
  • Plan and execute promotional events and brand activations
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Qualifications:
  • Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns
  • Strong creative skills, particularly in video editing and reel production
  • Knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s brand standards and guidelines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our local community
  • Willingness to work operationally in the restaurant environment
  • Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays as needed
