- Develop and implement creative social media campaigns aligned with Chick-fil-A’s brand standards
- Create eye-catching reels and content showcasing menu items, team culture, and community initiatives
- Assist with daily restaurant operations during shifts as needed
- Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business
- Coordinate and produce content that adheres to Chick-fil-A corporate guidelines and policies
- Foster community engagement through online interactions and local outreach efforts
- Plan and execute promotional events and brand activations
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns
- Strong creative skills, particularly in video editing and reel production
- Knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s brand standards and guidelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our local community
- Willingness to work operationally in the restaurant environment
- Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays as needed
