  • Perform structural inspections for the following structural elements: (CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement steel, shoring/re-shoring, post-tension cable, precast)
  • This position requires the inspector to be comfortable working at different heights and inclement weather
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
QualificationsThreshold Inspector Requirements:
  • Five years of construction experience
  • Two years of post-tension experience
  • Threshold Inspection experience
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is required
  • Commercial building, post tension
