Join our dynamic team as a Product Development Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in the creation and development of exciting new products and fragrances. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and make a significant impact in the beauty industry.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the manager to innovate and develop new product and fragrance ideas.
  • Oversee and manage timelines and execution for low complexity programs, ensuring effective communication with vendors.
  • Coordinate sample distribution for team and brand evaluations, while maintaining organized product inventories.
  • Support evaluation meetings and presentations, providing sampling assistance for consumer testing.
  • Engage with fragrance houses and vendors to manage logistics and track submissions.
  • Research market trends to identify innovative forms and patterns in the fragrance industry.
Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build professional relationships.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in fragrance and/or product development.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and processes.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a self-starter attitude.
