- Enter invoices
- Allocate expenses to the appropriate accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
- Research/retrieve invoices as requested
- Organize all the invoices and checks in digital format
- Set up and update vendor information
- Process weekly and ad hoc payable run
- Prepare weekly aging report and disbursement report (latter for RED)
- Process EFT and online payments
- Process various transfers between companies
- Enter credit card receipts and pay monthly credit card balances
- Process utility bills
- Act as a point of contact between the company and its vendors, addressing any invoice discrepancies, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Make daily bank deposits
- Post receipt entries to accounting software and property management software
- Monthly bank reconciliation & daily cash balance update
- Participate in other agency-required activities
- Develop and update manuals
- Dealing with queries from suppliers, clients, and the sales team.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance or related discipline
- At least 2+ years of bookkeeping or general ledger accounting experience
- Wide knowledge of corporate accounting, including payables and cash management
- Experience in both nonprofit and for-profit accounting
- Ability to operate computers effectively (utilization of shortcuts, multiple monitors, and business communication software, etc.)
- Intermediate level of MS Excel (Pivot Table, Index Match, Indirect, Array, PowerPivot)
