
Senior Program Manager- Medical Device- New Hampshire

- Lead cross-functional teams through dotted-line leadership, ensuring proper resource allocation to meet program goals, budgets, and timelines. Serve as the main point of contact across departments and with senior leadership.
- Define project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk plans in collaboration with global engineering teams and external partners. Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Publish regular status updates, escalate issues early, track risks and actions, and keep stakeholders aligned to maintain momentum and satisfaction.
- Manage procurement of materials and services; delegate tasks, control costs, and drive execution to reduce risk and keep projects on track.
- Oversee validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/MVP/TMV), implement process improvements, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate training and production readiness for successful launches.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role (or 3+ with a Master's), leading complex manufacturing launches and transfer projects within operational environments.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, with a strong track record in project execution and clear, effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Expert in data-driven problem solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerPoint), with experience delivering high-impact presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Open to up to 10% travel, including internationally, to drive project execution and ensure team and customer alignment.
- Base salary between 125k-155k (depending on years of experience)
