Job SummaryThe Applebee’s BoH Team Member is an energetic team player who understands the essentials of restaurant kitchen maintenance or is willing to learn. Working various shifts, you will clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe, sanitary, and productive work environment for all team members.   • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is preferred, entry-level is welcomed.
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
