- Coordinate day-to-day operations of OCE projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and support resolution efforts through collaboration with project teams.
- Work across projects to assist PM with documentation, research and reports status updates, reports, and dashboards to communicate project performance and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support and organize internal communications and reporting by preparing updates, presentations, and coordinating messaging across teams and projects.
- Organize administrative tasks including scheduling, preparation of materials for meetings and supply management, documentation, and onboarding support for staff or student workers.
- Provide process training & guidance to team members new to our methodology.
- Gain knowledge by managing small projects with PMO mentoring.
- Project planning, timeline development, and workflow tracking to ensure milestones and deliverables are met with PM oversight
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Familiarity with communication planning or reporting tools.
Graduate-level education or ongoing enrollment in a master’s program preferred but not required.Preferred Certifications/Licenses:Scrum Master certification
