With headquarters in Wisconsin and operations spanning eight states, we are proud of our Midwestern work ethic, state-of-the-art equipment, and commitment to providing outstanding products and services to our valued customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Shipping & Receiving Vendor Management Associate, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day inventory and logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:Shipping & Receiving:
Receive UPS and LTL shipments, enter data into computer systems, and ensure proper product flow.
Coordinate logistics and shipment details with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, and LTL.
Pull and deliver products to appropriate inventory locations, departments, or customer sites.
Operate forklifts (training provided).
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
Perform cycle counting and ensure proper stocking of incoming products.
Pick and pull parts for customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
Support continuous improvement and quality objectives within the warehouse.
Vendor Management & Customer Relations:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Establish and maintain customer binders for each VMI customer.
Participate in weekly conference calls with other VMI associates and review reports with customers.
Administrative & Reporting:
Run quarterly usage reports and review with outside sales personnel.
Review biannual VMI reports with customers and ensure alignment with their inventory needs.
Maintain accurate order entry and data management practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Required Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely using proper lifting techniques.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to drive in all weather conditions.
Experience entering data into computer systems.
Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
Preferred Skills:
Previous knowledge of hydraulic components is a plus.
Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving roles.
