
Senior Site Superintendent – High-End Commercial & Hospitality Projects (Travel-Based)

- Compensation: Competitive base salary: $160,000+ (range above DOE) + Full Travel Expenses + Benefits
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience on complex commercial/hospitality builds
- Expertise in high-end remodels and new builds in environments like upscale restaurants and resorts and entertainment/retail spaces
- Proven ability to lead teams and juggle fast-paced, multi-scope projects
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Procore, Revizto or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety practices, and construction methods
- Willingness to travel full-time to sites across the U.S.
- Collaborate on early-stage planning, logistics, and subcontractor selection
- Develop site-specific work schedules and phasing strategies
- Contribute to constructability reviews and job readiness planning
- Oversee all onsite activities from groundbreaking to final handoff
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and client expectations
- Drive high standards for safety, quality, and scheduling
- Serve as the field leader and liaison with clients, vendors, and inspectors
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Deliver timely and accurate field documentation and reports
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience on complex commercial/hospitality builds
