
Resident Care Assistant ( RCA ) - Memory Care

- PM: 2:30pm-11:00pm | 3:00pm-10:00pm | 4:00pm-9:00pm
- Night: 11:00pm - 7:00am | 10:45pm-6:45am
- Casual Call
- Part-Time NOC Shift (16 hours per 2 week pay period; every other weekend)
- Part-Time Day Shift (34 hours per 2 week pay period; every other weekend)
- Part Time Day/PM Shift (27 hours per 2 week pay period; every other weekend)
- Part Time PM Shift (18 hours per 2 week pay period; every other weekend)
- Part Time Day/PM Shift (35.5 hours per 2 week pay period; every other weekend)
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
- Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
- Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required)
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), (preferred, not required)
- CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required)
- Our starting rate is between $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
- We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
- PM Differential, NOC Differential, and Weekend Differentials apply; plus on-call and call-in pay
