- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting.
- Maintain effective internal controls to assure reliability of financial statements.
- Present budget reports, financial and analytical reports at monthly and quarterly Board Finance committee meetings.
- Manage the preparation of financial projections and financial forecasts
- Prepare, track and analyze financial projects.
- Manage the annual budget and planning process in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Administer and review all financial plans and budgets, monitor progress and changes
- Keep Senior Leadership abreast of the organization’s financial status.
- Ensure all policies and procedures comply with all applicable laws governing business operations.
- Ensure all administration and filings to keep BRIDGE in good, non-profit standing with the government are up to date and completed timely.
- Manage all organizational vendor contracts and invoicing
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors, financial institutions, client finance teams.
- Assembles information for annual audit and acts as liaison between BRIDGE and external audit firm.
- Oversee a team of one with potential future growth.
- Thinks strategically about the business goals of BRIDGE and provides guidance to accomplish these goals.
- Demonstrate support for and commitment to the mission of BRIDGE Healthcare Partners and its affiliates.
