
Sales Compensation Analyst

- Compensation Processing:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales compensation payments related to sales incentives and commissions.
- Ensuring payments are accurate and submitted timely.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Developing and handling sales compensation reporting to support quota performance tracking.
- Processing journal entries related to commissions and bonus accruals.
- Collaborating with Sales and Finance to forecast and budget for sales incentives and commissions.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Auditing order transactions, sales credit splits, and adjustments.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Serving as the primary contact for Sales team inquiries related to variable incentives and commissions.
- Handling plan exception requests as needed.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements and automation opportunities.
- Leading or supporting cross-functional projects to enhance systems and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Meticulous with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work independently, handle several priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and large data set management
- Experience with Power BI and Oracle E-Business Suite preferred
