- Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in TikTok Shop.
- Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers' promotions with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA Degree
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the live streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry and strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)Preferred Qualifications
- Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to the degree program after the completion of the internship.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferredFor TikTok
