Compensation: To $105K.Job Overview - Senior Financial Analyst - 33823Our client is seeking a proactive financial business partner to support plant product lines. This role will deliver insightful financial analysis, maximize profitability, and help drive business growth by supporting product line and finance teams with tools, reporting, and strategic guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver financial tools, reports, and insights for Finance and Product Line Management.Streamline analysis tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Partner with Product Line Managers to interpret financial results, including revenue, margin, and cost of manufacturing (COM).Analyze P&L performance, highlighting the impacts of mix, price, volume, and manufacturing variances.Identify cost reduction opportunities and support operational improvement initiatives.Conduct financial modeling including product line evaluations, scenario, variance, and margin analyses.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning at the product line level.Perform Make vs. Buy analyses and track progress toward product metrics.Provide financial analysis for investment proposals, pricing strategies, and cost reduction projects.Consolidate and connect local financial results with regional product line outcomes.Serve as liaison among plant controllers, entity controllers, and corporate finance to ensure accuracy and alignment.Assist the PLM Controller with special projects and ad hoc analyses.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.3-5 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of SAP with hands-on application experience.Advanced analytical skills with ability to work with large, complex datasets.Expert-level Excel skills; ability to build and interpret financial models.Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures.Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing data across multiple platforms.Prior experience as a plant financial analyst or Assistant Plant Controller in manufacturing.Ability to work independently within a matrix organization and cross-functional teams.Additional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy: #li-HybridSeniority Level: AssociateLinked In Poster: #li-TC1About our Process
