- Plan, draft, coordinate, track, and execute corporate processes, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, provide status updates, and manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and records.
- Prepare and coordinate briefings, documents, and presentations to maintain consistency and quality standards over time.
- Consolidate and analyze data from various tracking systems (travel, accountability, calendars, critical issues, suspense actions, personnel updates) to create actionable charts and facilitate senior program management meetings.
- Maintain and execute the proprietary operational system, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage and monitor internal and external suspense tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and required deliverables.
- Support planning and tracking processes related to award review boards, awards, decorations, performance reports, and personnel feedback.
- Train and provide guidance to staff in preparing and consolidating summary packages for routing through contractual channels and Department of Defense organizations.
- Prepare, coordinate, and process travel approval documents, including drafting cost estimates and travel justifications.
- Gather and synthesize information from various functional areas to create clear, concise reports and briefings used by leadership for decision-making and strategic discussions.
- Apply analytical methods to collect, evaluate, and interpret data to support Task Order Leads.
- Coordinate and prepare reports and presentations in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience, including at least three (3) years within the DoD (Project Management Professional or Certified Associate in Project Management certification preferred).
