- Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial and/or personal insurance business.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering consultative insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products, carrier guidelines, and market trends.
- Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tolls and sales management platform.
- Lead, coach, and support assigned producers to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one development sessions.
- Monitor pipeline activity, ensure CRM utilization, and guide producers on effective sales strategies.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and performance.
- Collaborate with the Platform VP of Sales to develop and implement regional sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on team and individual performance.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new producers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations while working to minimize E&O exposures
- 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
