OverviewEliot Community Human Services is a broad spectrum behavioral health and human services nonprofit agency that values education and thrives on providing students with high quality educational experiences across diverse populations and programs. Eliot has a variety of learning opportunities with many talented and experienced supervisors who are excited to share their knowledge and insights. Most programs will only consider full year placements. Single semester placement opportunities are very limited.The Specialty Clinical Intern (OT/RN/PNP) will receive supervision to meet state and school requirements for licensure, group supervision opportunities, and enriched education experience in community based work. Eliot will provide knowledgeable personnel to supervise students during their clinical experience.Responsibilities:
  • Observe various medical and or specialty techniques
  • Participate in assessments, treatment planning and program development as outlined in individual learning contacts
  • Practice evidence based interventions with supervision and guidance from a qualified and experienced supervisor
  • Adhere to Eliot and other regulatory policies and agreed upon schedule
Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in a Clinical Specialty Program
  • Pass a background and reference check
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Drivers license and vehicle, as needed
