Branch Operations Manager, Skilled Trades Staffing

• Oversee branch operations, driving recruiting efforts, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters and support staff.
• Hands-on leadership role that requires strong industry knowledge, people management skills, and a client-focused mindset.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and administrative staff.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for skilled employees.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic staffing plans to meet client needs.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and branch goals.
• Foster a positive, results-driven work culture focused on excellence and accountability.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all clients.
• Monitor Collections and ensure DSO meets company standard.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred.
• Leadership/management experience in staffing, preferably within skilled trades or industrial sectors.
• Proven success in client relationship management and full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and team engagement.

• Work Location: On-site in Arlington, TX (Required).
• Base Salary 80k+ and Monthly Bonus based on Gross Profit.
