- Modeling, design and optimization of analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converter algorithms suitable for running in resource-constrained, power-sensitive and time-critical systems
- Clear documentation of algorithm design and usage guidelines for internal and external stakeholders
- Leading and participating in design reviews to ensure algorithm quality, robustness and alignment with system requirements
- Occasional gathering/clarification of technical specifications
- Close collaboration with software and hardware teams
- Deep knowledge of analog-to-digital and/or digital-to-analog converter architecture
- Demonstrated success in implementing algorithms for analog-to-digital and/or digital-to-analog converters
- Strong understanding of digital signal processing principles, adaptive filtering, estimation theory
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Expert knowledge of one and proficiency across others: MATLAB, Python, C/C++
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional, distributed teams, including hardware, software, test and product engineering groups
- Ability to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities, risks and deliverables to closure
- PhD and 3+ years of industry experience in related area
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in directing and mentoring
- Experience in analog and/or digital IC design
