
Customer Service Representative

- Participate in conference calls & meetings with internal teams and customers. Manage communication through emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to internal teams and customers.
- Facilitate the order process from receipt to order delivery including order entry, problem resolution, tracking and customer communication. Follow up with internal teams to resolve any order related issues.
- Customer owned materials management - To include the following:
- Enter purchase orders into the JDE system and inventory management.
- Communicate with customer regarding their materials, providing necessary reports.
- Follow up on missing Certification of Analysis (COA) with customers and vendors.
- Handle rejected returns, Supply Correction Action Notice (SCARS), Corrective Actions Request (CARS) and Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs).
- Manage the disposition of Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) materials.
- Handle special billings and resolve any billing invoice related issues.
- Initiate and manage customer complaints and returns, ensuring re-worked materials are received and returned to the customer.
- Writing deviations as required to address any issues or discrepancies in processes or materials
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Associate degree or three to five years relative experience in an account management or customer service manufacturing sector position in lieu of degree (Required)
- 4-6 years Relative experience in an account management or customer service manufacturing position. (Required)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and develop reports (High proficiency)
- Team oriented, assertive and detailed self-starter with a good understanding of the manufacturing process (High proficiency)
- Advanced Excel skills, MS Office, MS Teams and JD Edwards (High proficiency)
- Must be very organized, highly motivated, energetic individual that has excellent customer service skills (High proficiency)
- Customer and deadline oriented with a sense of urgency and proven ability to creatively resolve problems. (High proficiency)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to upper management and to our customers (High proficiency)
