- Performs all administrative duties associated with the Political Action Committee, including maintaining records, responding to requests, generating reports, preparing and submitting documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state agencies.
- Coordinates and submits all invoices for GR Team for corporate and PAC accounts, maintains records, mails checks and ensures tracking is in place and accurate.
- Assists with event planning activities, product donation submissions, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Supports GR team by assisting with correspondence, shipping and various projects and tasks as needed.
- Coordinates and submits all invoices for GR Team for corporate and PAC accounts, maintains records, mails checks and ensures tracking is in place and accurate.
- Highly organized, ability to coordinate numerous projects at once, can respond rapidly to changing circumstances and demands, meets all deadlines.
- Maintains integrity, confidentiality, congeniality, tactfulness, and trustworthiness.

- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are essential.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality is paramount, especially when dealing with executive correspondence and personnel records.
- 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Associate's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications
