The H&K Group, Inc.OverviewThe H&K Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Force Account Administrator to work closely with project managers and field personnel to put together force accounts for Penn Dot work and Turnpike work. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to work well and communicate with various key stakeholders, able to prioritize work for multiple projects, and has strong presentation skills to provide the final product to the Project Manager on the job. Occasionally the force account specialist will have to make a site visit for force accounts that are very complex and require face to face meetings.Why work for H&K Group, Inc.?

- Performs all work according to OSHA, H&K Safety, and other relevant policies
- Obtain blue books sheets for equipment hourly rates
- Maintain equipment watch so all equipment is current in the system
- Upload documents into ECMS with current equipment
- Verify on certified payroll reports employees that are on the force account with proper rates
- Utilize eclipse for subcontractor invoices and add material payments to the force account
- Work closely with subcontractors that have force accounts on H&K projects to complete correctly before adding to H&K force account
- Run cost reports in eclipse to verify force account paperwork supplied by the Project Manager
- Other duties may be assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one year of related experience and/or training
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- Working knowledge of equipment watch and blue book sheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) and Eclipse
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work for multiple projects
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and customer focus skills
- Ability to occasionally travel to job sites
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- Related experience and/or training in areas such as bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and/or prevailing wage reporting
- OSHA or other relevant safety certificates
- Relevant experience within heavy civil and highway construction, heavy industry/manufacturing, or mining
