Come join the QuickBooks Workforce Solutions team as a Staff Product Designer!As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll help lead and design experiences across our Payroll product within Workforce Solutions. You’ll bring delight to our customers through strong interaction, and visual skills to communicate complex topics in an easy to understand manner. Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design efforts for complex products
  • Providing design leadership within a team by collaborating with product managers, analysts, researchers, writers, and engineering partners to create outstanding customer experiences
  • Deliver multiple projects simultaneously through robust communication and time management skills
  • Participate in and analyze extensive customer research to identify insights that will ultimately provide customer value and delight
  • Leverage iterative prototyping to quickly test concepts and learn from customers
  • Drive design decisions through data by partnering with our analytics team
  • Participate in and promote a culture of detailed feedback rooted in first principles, design rationale, customer data, and industry best practices
  • Effectively present and communicate your designs and rationale to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers from a craft, and cross-discipline partnership perspective
