The Cook III is a senior-level line cook responsible for executing dishes with precision, supporting kitchen leadership, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll work independently on assigned stations and assist in training, prep, and quality control. This position is ideal for a strong cook ready to step into a leadership-adjacent role in a Forbes-rated, luxury kitchen.Duties & Responsibilities:Execute recipes and plating standards with accuracy and efficiency across multiple stationsAct as a lead on assigned shifts, supporting the Sous Chef and overseeing line-level cooks when neededSupport prep lists and ordering needs; communicate low pars and quality issues to supervisorsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in accordance with Health Department and Forbes standardsParticipate in daily line-ups and contribute to a positive, team-oriented cultureQualifications:
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
- Able to work single station in the kitchen.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
