Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator/Programmer with hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery, particularly in the stone fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to support both production efficiency and training of team members. This role includes machine operation, preventive maintenance, and workflow optimization.Key Responsibilities:Operate, maintain, and perform routine checks on CNC machinery (e.g., Prussiani and 5-axis Brembana machines)Set up machines and tools for each job and ensure parts meet quality standardsConduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performanceLoad and unload stone or similar materials, optimizing for safety and efficiencyLabel and organize workpieces and materials to align with production schedulesCollaborate with team members and assist in training new operators on CNC equipmentMaintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all safety proceduresTrack production progress and report any mechanical issues or deviationsQualifications:Minimum 3–5 years of CNC machine operation experience, preferably in stone or hard material machiningExperience with multi-axis machines and waterjet technology a plusAbility to read and follow technical drawings and production plansStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshootingComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredEducation:Technical training or vocational coursework in machining or manufacturing preferredBenefits:
