- 2 years of experience in a consulting capacity at a consulting firm or an in-house strategy unit.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with dynamic stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and investigative skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into simple recommendations.
- Excellent people, and written and verbal communication skills, including Sheets, Slides, and presentation design skills.
- Design, implement, and manage key team operations, including overseeing resource management (budget, headcount), setting and tracking our goals, enabling measurement, and reporting on the impact of the team.
- Develop internal communications, helping operationalize new initiatives while also keeping teams aligned against critical priorities and unblocking obstacles.
- Drive coordination and alignment across cross-functional teams across Marketing, including other Product Areas, central infrastructure and Regions, helping drive clarity around priorities and impact.
- Operationalize annual marketing planning, including tracking and sizing priorities and developing the business case for resources to executive stakeholders.
