**POSITION SUMMARY:**High precision micro component company seeks a driven, team oriented individual as a machine operator to help support continued growth. Primary responsibility is to operate high precision CNC machines to produce small medical-related components. Successful candidate will demonstrate the company core values, People, Integrity, and Excellence, in all aspects of their assigned duties and responsibilities.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**Process product in CNC machines according to work instructions: * Complete in-process documentation and inspectionsPerform regular cleaning on machine(s), fixtures and equipmentEnsure calibration and proper use of all equipment and maintain integrity of product linesNotify machine service personnel and production manager of any machine problems or breakdownsCommunicate job, equipment, and process status to other machine operatorsCommunicate to production manager to complete projects in a safe and timely mannerEnsure that all processes are performed in a quality manner, taking responsibility for maximizing machine utilization, minimizing quality issues and documentationPractice exceptional housekeepingEmployee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.******QUALIFICATIONS:**
