- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- 5+ years in hospitality or food & beverage senior leadership
- Experience managing large teams and venue operations
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
- Develop and manage budgets and business performance
- Lead the team in driving all expenses across the P&L
- Collaborate with onsite partner GM and partner operations team to manage daily operations for the building
- Collaborate with Levy and partner team to build standard SOPs for new opening
- Lead Levy culture and inspire cross-functional teams
- Integrate partner culture appropriately within Levy operational SOPs
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest service
- Collaborate with Levy culinary, marketing, sales, finance and HR teams
- Drive all company compliance initiatives within the location across all departments
- Drive all health and sanitation initiatives at the location
- Payroll oversight
- Marketing oversight with client partner
