The responsibilities are to electronically input product codes into the freezers computer system. This includes both entering information into a handheld scanner and writing the information down on a hard copy. The TM is also responsible for helping with the receiving lines when they get backed up. The TM will be required to transfer boxed products from the waist high infeed conveyor onto a wooden pallet and pulling from the inverter and inserting dividers in the pallet. The TM works from a height that ranges from the floor level is approximately 72 inches, the boxes weigh between 10-80 pounds. Other job duties include calling material handling on return product and keeping in touch with the freezer supervisor and maintenance department on breakdowns on the receiving lines.The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to fulfil the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be willing and able to lift between 10 to 80 Lbs.Must be willing and able to push/pull when transferring boxes and placing the boxes of fresh meat onto the pallet.Team members will be required to reach approximately 0 to 24 inches when retrieving the product from the in-feed conveyor and when placing product into the pallet.Team members will use full hand grasping with one hand while using the handheld scanner and full hand grasp of both hands while transferring product.Team members will use medium force to perform this job.The team members will stand and walk throughout the shift.The team members will bend torso 0-45 degrees when performing the job.The team members will work in areas that could range between 10-40 degrees, (freezer suits and coats are provided) Employees are encouraged to dress appropriately before arriving at the work area.POSITION SPECIFICAll positions will be for A Shift.This facility can run 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday.
