Keystone has grown substantially each year and this position is critical to our continued growth. You will work directly with the leadership of the firm to creatively solve problems and foster our company's culture. You will have opportunities to learn many facets of the business, from Finance and Accounting, to Recruiting, Marketing, and HR. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal and community growth. Clear communication and the ability to read a room is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles.If you have an entrepreneurial drive, positive energy, a willingness to pitch in wherever needed, and a desire to be an integral part of a fantastic team, this is the right opportunity for you.This position is based in New York City with a requirement to be onsite in the office five days per week; it is not hybrid or remote.Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Working with the leadership team in the New York office, own and foster a culture of the office to make sure it comports with the firm goals and culture. Drive community building activities that foster relationship building between team members. Plan inspirational events and outings for team building.
  • Provide executive strategic support for Keystone's leadership team in New York
  • Support the broader operations team
  • Own KeystoneNEXT, an alumni program, for New York.
  • Run a professional, clean and efficient office. Tasks might include 1) hosting candidates and clients, 2) on-boarding new hires, 3) collaborating and problem solving with Keystone IT, 4) managing infrastructure
  • Build and own relationships with vendors, building management and other stakeholders to operate facilities effectively
  • Serve as the single point of administrative contact for experts
  • Act as a liaison between expert and Keystone Operations team
  • Curate the Keystone experience for our experts - contracting, invoicing, follow on, website integration, monthly statements and more
  • Co-lead Expert Management System (EMS)
US Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
