This position requires partnership within the CE&I team and marketing and sales teams to develop analytics tools, dashboards, and reports that support brand and corporate objectives.Responsibilities
  • Lead collaboration within the CE&I team to seamlessly integrate insights, delivering strategic guidance to Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs, providing routine, data-driven performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical and data visualization tools for efficient reporting and automation of KPIs.
  • Create detailed reporting and analytics at the Account/HCP level to enhance the Sales Force's strategic planning and growth identification.
  • Support and refine the targeting strategy for customer prioritization, enhancing focus at the HCP and account levels.
  • Lead targeted ad hoc analyses to address evolving business needs and offer actionable insights.
  • Craft and present clear analyses of brand performance, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Integrate various data sources to ensure a comprehensive and reliable analysis process, improving business insight accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 6 years of insights and analytics experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Oncology/Hematology or Management Consulting, including familiarity with key Pharmaceutical and Oncology data sets (e.g., sales/Rx data, claims data sets, payer, EHR, GPO).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct ad hoc analysis, supporting business needs and generating timely insights.
  • Commitment to fostering a fact-based decision-making culture.
  • Capable of managing multiple analytics projects and requests efficiently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Experience in defining sales and marketing KPIs for launch brands.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with joint ventures or co-promote partnerships is a plus.
Location: This position currently adopts a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week on-site at the Princeton, NJ office.For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$97,500.00---$162,500.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.About You
