As the Maintenance Department Coordinator, you build robust connections with various stakeholders across the company spectrum.The Essentials of the Role:
  • Orchestrate strategy, supervision, and evaluation for Maintenance, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Ensure a spotless 5S environment aligns with our company ethos and operational standards.
  • Address employee concerns with tact, managing disciplinary actions diplomatically.
  • Champion employee growth and the future-readiness of your team.
  • Lead by example in meetings, contributing decisively to operational strategies.
  • Guarantee compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and internal policies unwaveringly.
Core Competencies:
  • In-depth understanding of Makers Pride methodology and EAM, SAP, NFPA safety standards.
  • Proven skills in electrical systems, PLC handling, and comprehensive technical analysis.
  • Advanced conflict resolution tactics and the capability to manage personnel effectively.
  • Communicate ideas proficiently to various organizational levels, settling queries and facilitating solutions.
Technical Acumen:
  • Mastery in using voltage systems—120/208/240/480 and programming technologies like PLC.
Environmental Adaptability:
  • Navigate high-stress environments while prioritizing duties and managing multiple tasks cohesively.
  • Adopt feedback constructively and iterate innovative methodologies.
  • Ensure smooth communication and harmony within teams and across hierarchical lines.
Physical Engagement:
  • Work effectively in varied conditions with manual dexterity and sensory alertness.
  • Accommodate physical demands such as lifting, bending, and maneuvering within industrial scope.
Core Requirements:
  • Educational credentials or equivalent experience in leadership within manufacturing desirable.
  • 3-5 years in supervisory positions within relevant sectors.
  • Ensure legal work authorization independently, as sponsorship is not provided.
